Sizing details

The size of each item differs as each one is handmade. Please refer to the description section of each listing for specific sizing details. If the one you like is not in the size you need then please message me as I am more than happy to size it for your needs.

Care instructions

Excessive exposure to water and harsh cleaners can damage beads (especially wood beads) and deteriorate bindings/elastic cord/thread.
Don’t use any essential oils with your jewelry as this can gradually eat away at the thread.

Store your Mala necklace by hanging it or lying it flat and with the tassel threads aligned.
If your tassel starts getting kinks and needs a little care, don't worry. Tassels can be groomed when needed by wetting them slightly with your fingertips and stroking in a downward fashion to align the threads. Then lay tassel flat or hang to dry overnight.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All my items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and arrive in a beautiful custom designed reuseable gift bag, so whether it is a gift for yourself or a friend it’s a treat to receive it. 
I try to save wherever I can on unnecessary packaging so there will be no invoicing inside the package.
Please let me know whether you would like any printed information about the crystals included in the packaging, otherwise it will just be emailed to you.

I love the necklace but don't like the Pendant / Amulet / Charm. Can I change it?

Yes, many times you can! It may depend on which piece of jewelry you are referring to, but I can usually remove or change the pendant or amulet to a different one or remake it without if it's not possible to change it.
Please get in touch before you buy though to make sure it's possible :)

Where Do Your Items Ship From?

I make all of my items in my studio in the south west of France and they are shipped from there too.

What if my Bracelet or Mala Breaks?

It is highly unlikely that your Mala would break as the cord it is made from is very strong and it is knotted between each bead. However, if anything does go wrong I am more than happy to fix it for you up to a year after you bought it. All you need to do is ship it back to me and pay the return postage. If you accidentally break it yourself I am still happy to remake it but will charge a small amount to do so.
If your bracelet breaks up to a year after you've bought it the same applies.
If you prefer to fix it yourself I am more than happy to give advice on how best to do so. Just get in touch ;)
