Artemis Prayer Beads, Diana, Moon Goddess, Pagan Prayer Beads, Witch’s Ladder, Pagan Rosary, Meditation Beads

These beautiful handcrafted pagan prayer beads (meditation beads, witch’s ladder, pagan rosary) were made to honor Artemis, the Greek goddess of the hunt, wild animals, women, and children (known as Diana in Roman mythology).

As with all my prayer beads, a lot of thought goes into the design as there is a lot of symbolism and meaning in the number of stones and charms and also the colour and properties of the stones. It has been designed with magickal numbers in mind, specifically the number 4 to represent the elements, fire, earth, water, and sky, the number 9 for spellwork or chanting, and the number 3 to represent the power of three - heaven earth sea, mind body spirit etc.
The healing crystals that have been chosen to represent Artemis /Diana are white, turquoise, and silver, and the specific stones I've chosen in these colours are associated with her also (moonstone, pearl, and quartz).
The arrow charms are to represent her as the goddess of the hunt, the fertility goddess is to represent her as a protector of women and childbirth, and the unicorn as she is associated with this mythical creature that was once known as the ancient horned god.

White Quartz is known as the "master healer" and will amplify energy and thought, as well as the effect of other crystals. It absorbs, stores, releases and regulates energy. Howlite is an aid to insomnia, especially when caused by an overactive mind.  Formulates ambitions and aids in achieving them.  Howlite strengthens memory and stimulates desire for knowledge.  It teaches patience and helps to eliminate rage, pain and stress.  A calming stone, Howlite calms communication, facilitates awareness and encourages emotional expression.

• SUGGESTED USE •
Hold these pagan prayer beads in your hands as you recite a chant or prayer to the goddess Artemis or Diana. These beads can also be used to help you enter a deeper state of meditation, during spellwork or rituals, or placed on your altar as a decoration or offering.
These witches beads / pagan prayer beads are a wonderful choice for anyone who worships Artemis / Diana, who wishes to receive her blessings or simply wants to tune into the cycles of nature or the moon.

I work with several small businesses & artisan suppliers in Asia and Europe to source the components of my pieces. I also package & ship in the most environmentally respectful way possible.
Obviously, I need to get your items to you in perfect condition but I am also are aware of so much waste when it comes to packaging. My solution is to wrap your order in recycled tissue paper and instead of a box or little bag that you will probably never use again, I send each piece in a lovely canvas cosmetics or jewellery bag that I have designed especially for my creations. (If you don't think you would reuse this bag please let me know and I will just send in a normal protective cloth bag.)
I also realise that not everyone wants a lot of printed material with their purchase. I do give information in the listing description as to the healing properties of the gemstones. However sometimes it is nice to have it printed to refer to or to be able to include it when sending as a gift, so I offer an option in the drop-down menu for you to choose whether to have a card included with the details of the components and their benefits.

Please note that I do use vintage metal findings & components in some of my designs, so some natural tarnish, patina & wear is present that adds to their beautifully unique character. Natural fractures do occur within certain gemstones, and this is not indicative of damage but is a characteristic of natural (non-synthetic) stones. I do my best to represent these characteristics in my photos as accurately as possible.
I only make one piece at a time so the one you see in the photograph is the one you will get. This also means that once it is sold it can be a while before I remake it depending on what I have in stock or it may not be able to be remade as I buy my supplies in small quantities and sometimes cannot find them again. If it truly is unique and a 'one off' it will say so on the listing.
