These beautiful flat beads are ideal for a meditation practice and feel so wonderfully calming to hold in your hand. They catch the light in a way unique to quality labradorite with a blue flash. I only use the highest quality gemstone crystal beads in my jewelry to ensure that you are getting the best and most pure energy from the Mala. They are attuned with Reiki energy before shipping them to you and all beads are cleansed with sound and smoke before I work with them.

This artisan designed mala was made with:
• Natural Labradorite 14mm Flat Beads
• Vintage 925 Sterling Silver Blue Glass Guru (This is a vintage piece with 925 silver. As it is old the silver is not perfect and although I've cleaned it, it's still a bit tarnished.)
• Natural Labradorite 8mm Beads
**Silver is perfect to pair with crystals as it is a wonderful conductor of energy.
Measures approx 30" not including the tassel.

This is a new design of malas and contains 27 natural and pure crystal gemstone beads, which is a quarter of the traditional bead count of 108 found on full-size malas. Based on a traditional mala design, this is suitable for both men and women and ideal for keeping with you all day long in a pocket or purse or on your bedside table for a few moments of quiet mindfulness and meditation. It has been hand knotted (by me!) in between each individual bead. The flat larger beads are wonderfully calming and comforting to touch.

An ideal anti-stress gift! Originally used as prayer beads, worry beads no longer need to have religious significance but are a simple tool for calming and focusing the mind.
Worry beads have been shown to improve, relaxation, memory retrieval, problem solving, creative thinking, quality of sleep and self confidence. They may also reduce, stress and anxiety, depression, asperger’s syndrome and ocd, cravings when giving up or reducing alcohol, food or cigarettes, exam nerves, distress when facing phobias such as flying or the dentist.

Labradorite is known for its changing colors, so it is no surprise this gemstone is known as a stone of transformation, enhancing strength of will and inner worth. It is a useful companion through change, imparting strength and perseverance. It balances and protects the aura, raises consciousness and grounds spiritual energies. Excellent for strengthening intuition. Banishes fears and insecurities, and strengthens faith in the self and trust in the universe. It stimulates the imagination and calms an overactive mind, helps develop enthusiasm and new ideas. Labradorite is considered a tremendously spiritual stone, especially helpful for people who tend to overwork. It helps an individual regain energy while aiding the body and spirit in healing itself. In the metaphysical world, labradorite is considered one of the most powerful protectors. The gemstone creates a shield for auras and protects against negativity of the world. Labradorite is said to temper the negativity within ourselves as well.

I work with several small businesses & artisan suppliers in Asia and Europe to source the components of my pieces. I also package & ship my jewelry in the most environmentally respectful way possible.
Obviously, I need to get your items to you in perfect condition but I am also are aware of so much waste when it comes to packaging. My solution is to wrap your jewelry in recycled tissue paper and instead of a jewelry box or little bag that you will probably never use again, I send each piece in a lovely canvas cosmetics bag that I have designed especially for my Celtic Synergy jewelry. (Please see the last photo.)
I also realise that not everyone wants a lot of printed material with their purchase. I do give information in the listing description as to the healing properties of the gemstones. However sometimes it is nice to have it printed to refer to or to be able to include it when sending as a gift, so I offer an option in the drop-down menu for you to choose whether to have a card included with the details of the components and their benefits.

Please note that I do use many vintage metal findings & components in my designs, so some natural tarnish, patina & wear is present that adds to their beautifully unique character. Natural fractures do occur within certain gemstones, and this is not indicative of damage but is a characteristic of natural (non-synthetic) stones. I do my best to represent these characteristics in my photos as accurately as possible.
