••SMOKEY QUARTZ••
Quartz is known as the "master healer" and will amplify energy and thought, as well as the effect of other crystals. It absorbs, stores, releases and regulates energy.
In addition to the generic healing properties of Quartz, Smokey Quartz is an excellent grounding stone.  Gently neutralises negative vibrations. Detoxifying on all levels, prompting elimination of the digestive system and protecting against radiation and EMFs.  Disperses fear, lifts depression and negativity.  Brings emotional calmness. Relieves stress and anxiety.  Promotes positive thoughts and action.  Dispels nightmares and manifests your dreams.  Smokey Quartz also aids concentration and assists in communication difficulties.

This is a new design of mala necklace and contains 27 natural and pure crystal gemstone beads, which is a quarter of the traditional bead count of 108 found on full-size malas. In between each of the larger beads are smaller 8mm beads and it has been hand knotted (by me!) in between each individual bead. It can be worn as a necklace as well as being used as prayer beads and worry beads. The flat larger beads are wonderfully calming and comforting to touch.

An ideal anti-stress gift! Originally used as prayer beads, worry beads no longer need to have religious significance but are a simple tool for calming and focusing the mind.

Worry beads have been shown to improve, relaxation, memory retrieval, problem solving, creative thinking, quality of sleep and self confidence. They may also reduce, stress and anxiety, depression, asperger’s syndrome and ocd, cravings when giving up or reducing alcohol, food or cigarettes, exam nerves, distress when facing phobias such as flying or the dentist.

I work with several small businesses & artisan suppliers in Asia and Europe to source the components of my pieces. I also package & ship my jewelry in the most environmentally respectful way possible.
Obviously, I need to get your items to you in perfect condition but I am also are aware of so much waste when it comes to packaging. My solution is to wrap your jewelry in recycled tissue paper and instead of a jewelry box or little bag that you will probably never use again, I send each piece in a lovely canvas cosmetics bag that I have designed especially for my Celtic Synergy jewelry. (Please see the last photo.)
I also realise that not everyone wants a lot of printed material with their purchase. I do give information in the listing description as to the healing properties of the gemstones. However sometimes it is nice to have it printed to refer to or to be able to include it when sending as a gift, so I offer an option in the drop-down menu for you to choose whether to have a card included with the details of the components and their benefits.

Please note that I do use many vintage metal findings & components in my designs, so some natural tarnish, patina & wear is present that adds to their beautifully unique character. Natural fractures do occur within certain gemstones, and this is not indicative of damage but is a characteristic of natural (non-synthetic) stones. I do my best to represent these characteristics in my photos as accurately as possible.
